Overall it was a very good experience at Prettislim. I am happy with the results. I have lost 5.5 kg in one month. I have lost 45 cms from tummy & 50 cms from hip. I thank Dr Prajakta & Dr Shefna for helping me to lose the cms. My special thanks to dietician Rita for streamlining my food habits & improve my water intake. Earlier, I had erratic food habits & my water intake was very less. I used to have just one liter water, which has now increased to three liters per day. Thanks to Prettislim.
